Error on ApplePay transaction

Hello we got multiple reports for errors when the cardholder uses ApplePay on Ingenico iPP320 devices (TriPOS could)

The error returned from the device is

Error: IngenicoRBA or IngenicoUPP 23. source =E; IngenicoRBA can't read contactless tags for GetEmvResponseWithTagsAsync:System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Start index is out of bounds.
Parameter name: startIndex
  .  PIN pad error

All devices are Ingenico iPP320 with Firmware version 230c.

Contactless cards process normally. We only noticed this on contactless transactions executed from iPhone devices(apple pay)

Is this a known issue?
