Has anyone had an issue where the Vx805 (USB connection) loses the connection to NETePay until the computer is rebooted and the parameters are redownloaded?
Reloading/refreshing drivers does not resolve the issue.
Booting the device does not resolve the issue
Closing and re-opening NETePay does not resolve the issue
NOTE - other terminals can still process transactions when one terminal is not working and thus NETePay is working correctly.
Rebooting the computer and doing a param download resolves the issue.
When rebooting, there are no Windows or other updates being installed/finalized.
