The Lane 3000 is not currently listed as a P2Pe validated device that would allow Merchants to reduce their SAQ sections and controls with Tri-POS direct. However, under the PCI Security Standards website, it is listed as a supported PTS POI device along with Ingenico's Unified Payment Platform (UPP) as a dependent application.
Does this mean the Lane 3000 can be deployed for merchants and give the benefits of only having to answer the SAQ-P2Pe and not the SAQ-D?
Thanks!
Tom,
We are actively working on our part of the P2PE validation for the Lane 3000 for triPOS Direct. Current ETA is Q2 2020. Until then, your merchant clients will need to continue using the SAQ-D.
