Gift cards are not considered PCI-sensitive, and therefore do not require any form of tokenization for secure storage. If you have access to the gift card numbers, you are welcome to store those with no restrictions.
Depending on the integration you use for Worldpay processing, there is one nuance to add- certain Datacap integrations will return a "Datacap token" (RecordNo) when processing a gift card transaction, which you can then use for subsequent transactions on the same card. This mechanism is not meant for long-term storage, but would allow you to perform voids/reversals/refunds of a gift card transaction without requiring re-entry of the card number.
