iPP320/triPOS Cloud connection errors

Has anyone had connection issues with the iPP320 and triPOSCloud.  I have a client who has 16 iPP320 terminals.  Using SightStream I can watch them go offline and then back online immediately after a transaction.  I checked another client and see that on one of their iPP320's, but not the Mx915 terminals.  The second client only uses the iPP320's on the weekends during events.  I'm trying to figure out if it is really a connection issue or an issue with iPP320's.
