In April of 2019 (last October for larger merchants), Visa will be mandating that merchants "process a purchase return authorization for each return." Clients are starting to ask about this with respect to our Express and triPOS Direct integrations - what kind of information can I pass along to them. IOW, if they're performing a CreditCardReturn through Express, would their customer see that transaction on their mobile banking application within minutes? What about CreditCardCredit transactions?
