We have a pizza place (client) which uses Vantiv as a credit card processor. Is it possible for us to get card info - first name, last name, first six and last 4 digits of the card along with the time of the transaction?

If you are integrated to the eComm platform, we return the BIN (first 6) in the bin child of the tokenResponse element. Depending upon the type of token you elected to use, you may get the last four digits as part of the toke itself. Unfortunately, we do not return the customer name in the response message. You should record that in your own database at the time of the order. If you do not record the information, you can retrieve it from eComm iQ by looking up the transaction, or obtain it from the Net Settled Sales by Transaction report (SSR report).

PS...If you are not on the eComm platform, please let me know which platform you use (i.e., Core, Integrated Payments, etc.) and I'll see if I can find the info for you.
Thank You Tom. We are just starting on Vantiv and wanted to explore integration opportunities. We want to see if we can integrate into eComm (we are assuming this is for online ordering) as well Core (again assuming in-store transactions). Would it be possible for us to have a quick call with someone in the support/dev team?
