IVR payment solution

Hi team,

 

My name is Tony John and I work at Inference Solutions, Australia.

 

We are in the process of building a telephonic payment solution with your gateway for a customer. The solution is to take card details over our PCI compliant IVR system and then authorising and processing the payment using API calls to Vantiv with the card details and amount.

 

I would like to know which specific suite of APIs I should be using to process payment requests. From my initial read through the API developer portal, I believe that I should be using the eCommerce APIs (Card not present eCommerce and mobile APIs for PayFacs). Please let me know if that is correct and our solution is practical.
