We are attempting to run the certification scripts for a triPOS retail payment integration.
Using the "POST authorization" API, we are required to:
- "CP Contactless MSD Credit Card"
- "CP EMV Card Insert"
The set of test cards we were provided only includes swipe cards - there are no EMV capable cards in the set.
We tried the card insert with a personal EMV credit card and saw the VX805 display "NO CAPK FILE" then go on to prompt for a PIN (the card is PIN enabled, but contactless is disabled).
What does the CAPK message mean? Will it prevent us completing our certification tests?
If we cannot use a personal credit card, how do we obtain the appropriate "contactless MSD" and "EMV" credit cards for testing and certification?
