triPOS Direct 5.16.1/5.17.0 - Disable UseStrictSerialization

Within the triPOS Service directory locate triOPS.SelfHostService.exe.config and update UseStricSerialization from 'true' to 'false'. 

Once updated the triPOS service will need to be restarted.
